“Is your loved one cheating on you…”

I’m C. R.”Bob” Brown, the founder of Brown & Associates, Inc., based in Orlando, Florida. I have been a private investigator for over 40 years experience. Do you want to save your marriage or have you already given up? Of course, the first step is to determine if your love one is really having an affair. I’ve put together a free guide to help you with this question. Brown & Associates can investigate if your spouse is cheating. Pick the right private investigator in the orlando area.

Tell Tale Signs of a Cheating Mate

The following is a guide to help you determine if your mate is cheating on you. After reading this list, you may find there are some areas of concern. Do not confront the cheater. This will only cause a cheater to become more cautious and make it more difficult for you to catch him/her. You may not have enough proof to make your case. I would urge you to seek professional help.

At the beginning of an affair, the cheating mate is usually more attentive to their spouse. This is due to the cheater’s feeling of guilt. After the affair has been occurring for a while, the person cheating finds fault with the person he/she is living with to “justify” the affair. Cheating spouses may lose interest in the household activities: the children, your activities, and taking care of the home repairs, lawn care, etc.

“Gut feeling” or intuition that something is “not right” is usually a sign you may have a cheating problem. When in doubt, check it out! Cheaters may change their sex lives: more sex, less sex, and unusual sexual request. The cheater has a noticeable change in attitude towards everyone in the home, especially the mate. (i, e. if he/she did not act that way, I would not be doing the things I do).

Physical signs to look for to determine whether someone is having an affair are:

  • Lipstick on the collar and or other areas of clothing.
  • Cologne or perfume fragrance on clothing
  • Wearing new underwear or lingerie when going out.
  • Check underwear for secretion stains. (check U-Snoop for a secretion kit)
  • Check wallets, purses, and vehicle glove compartments for receipts, notes with
phone numbers addresses, condoms, and other birth control items.

Monitor your spouse for two weeks. (Check U-Snoop for GPS tracking devices) Track the mileage. Note on a calendar the time he/she leaves for work and the time, he/she returns home. This will help you established a pattern. Check paycheck stubs to verify that your spouse is receiving overtime pay when he/she claims to be “working late”. Be concerned if your spouse tells you he/she is going shopping or for a walk and returns, much later then expected without a believable explanation.

Be tuned in to home telephone calls when your mate has a tendency to whisper or gives a quick answer and immediately hangs up or when you answer the telephone and get an abrupt hang up. (Check U-Snoop for recording devices) Observe your spouse when he/she spends lengthy periods on the internet, in private chat rooms, and acts nervous if you are nearby. (check U-Snoop for data logger)

Cheaters use cellular telephones to contact their lovers. Try to obtain your spouse’s detailed billing for cellular calls made. Check the numbers that are called frequently- especially the first number called right after your spouse leaves for work and before he/she returns home.

When a female is having an affair, she tends to have more of a “glow” about her.

Female cheaters are more discreet in the selection of a lover. Most females are looking for a lasting relationship rather then a “one night stand”. They also are concerned about Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s) Women can be as aggressive as men in their pursuit of a love affair.

What can you do if you think your mate is cheating on you?

(Seek professional help)
Many times I have given my clients homework when they come in to our office for a conference such as monitoring their mate for two weeks keeping track of the mileage they drive to and from work. Note on a calendar the time they leave for work and the time they return home also write about their attitude when they leave and return. This will help establish a pattern so if you decide to use an investigator they would know the best time to put surveillance on your mate. Another thing that is helpful especially if your mate tells you they’re working overtime make an attempt to see their paycheck and try to verify the hours they are working

How do you pick the right Private Investigator?

If you feel the need to seek professional help this is a small outline you might consider when hiring a Private Investigator to do surveillance on your mate I would suggest you go to the Internet clicking on Google or another search engine and put in private investigator and the city you wish the investigation to be conducted in. This should bring up most of the investigators that are licensed in your state and city to conduct investigations. Next you may have to check out each one’s website to establish if they do the type of surveillance you’re in need of which in most cases is referred to as domestic surveillance. After checking their credentials on the web you should then place a call to the agency and the questions you want to ask is as follows: How long have they been in business? Are they equipped to handle rolling surveillance and stakeouts or do they subcontract to another agency, if they do this could cost you more money because you’re actually paying for two agencies. If they suggest meeting you at a restaurant or bar to discuss your case I would urge you to find an investigator that has a legitimate office location.
